Instructions

When undergoing surgery, there are a variety of steps you need to follow to ensure that your treatment and recovery both run smoothly. We are happy to provide all of our patients with instructions for care both before and after surgery so that they are fully prepared to care for themselves properly. Typically, each patient will receive general pre-operative instructions with guidelines to follow so their surgery can be performed with no complications. In addition, patients will receive post-operative instructions specific to their procedure(s) to ensure that their recovery is easy and produces optimal outcomes.

Dr. McGrath is highly trained in the full scope of oral surgery procedures; however, a significant part of your treatment is how you take care of yourself before and after surgery.
